KUALA LUMPUR: Umno doors are all open to take in its former members that have deviated from the party's struggle, Umno supreme council member Datuk Seri Mohamed Nazri Abdul Aziz (pix) said.
Directing his comment to Umno renegades in Parti Pribumi Bersatu Malaysia (PPBM), Nazri said all they need to do was repent and return to their former party.
"We are really forgiving. Those who have strayed, the doors are open for them and they can come back," he said.

"If they have regretted, repent and return. We are a party for all bumiputras," he told reporters after opening the Bangladeshi's 'Pohela Baishakh 1424' at Kompleks Kraf today.
Nazri, who is also the Tourism and Culture Minister, was commenting on the recent exit of several PPBM members from the party, including one of its founder Kamarulazman Habibur Rahman.
PPBM was formed less than a year ago by disgruntled Umno members, including former premier Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad, who were dissatisfied with the leadership of Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Abdul Razak.
Nazri said PPBM's top leadership knew all along that they would not be able to topple Umno, but were motivated by anger and vengeance.
He said it was a "misadventure" for the dissatisfied Umno members to leave the party and jumped ship to PPBM.
Nazri in mocking PPBM for its series of misfortune, said that he had personally wanted the party to grow strong and pose a fight against Umno.
"I wanted them to contest in my constituency (in the election), but what to do," he said.
