I-Bhd to achieve RM500 million revenue target by 2018

SHAH ALAM: Property developer I-Bhd is confident of achieving its revenue target of RM500 million per annum by 2018, said its deputy chairman Datuk Eu Hong Chew.
Speaking to reporters after its AGM today, Eu said this is based on the group's unbilled sales of almost RM600 million, three new launches planned for 2017 and 2018 as well as RM300 million worth of properties still available for sale in Shah Alam.
"We have been achieving double digit growth and we believe we will continue this in 2017 and 2018 as well," he said.
He said the group has RM8 billion in terms of gross development value coming on stream over the next 10 years.
