Rosmah visits Forbidden City in Beijing

BEIJING: Datin Seri Rosmah Mansor visited the Forbidden City in Beijing as part of the spouses' programme of the Belt and Road Forum for International Cooperation on Monday.
The spouses were accompanied during the visit by China's first lady Peng Liyuan.
Rosmah, who accompanied Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak attending the two-day forum, spent about an hour touring the historical Chinese imperial palace from the Ming dynasty to the end of the Qing dynasty (1420 to 1912).
Located in the centre of Beijing, it now houses the Palace Museum. — Bernama
