Money changer loses RM2m to three robbers (Updated)

IPOH: Three men armed with two fake pistols robbed a moneychanger of RM2 million in various currencies at Jalan Mustafa Al Bakri here on Tuesday.
Ipoh City police chief ACP Sum Chang Keong said the men entered the premises when it was about to close 6.45pm.
"The robbers, wearing helmets, grabbed the pump gun of a security guard and threatened the workers to open the safe deposit box.
"They took the cash including Malaysian and foreign currencies before fleeing in a 4WD," he added.
There were no customers at the time but four workers were still in the premise.
No one was injured in the incident.
"Police at the scene found one of the pistols inside the shop and another outside the premises.
"We have obtained the CCTV recording to view the incident and identify the robbers," he added.
