The annual Milo Malaysia Breakfast Day is part of Nestle’s commitment towards our purpose of enhancing the quality of life and contributing to a healthier future for all,” said Milo business unit’s business executive officer Philomena Tan.
PROMOTING HEALTHIER LIFESTYLES
The finale event kicked off with a 3km and 5km fun run. A wholesome breakfast ensued, in addition to a variety of games and activities for families and individuals to partake in. From traditional games like chapteh, life-size board games, basketball and target ball, giant bubbles, as well as performances of bamboo dance, Zumba and cheerleading; lucky draws and treasure hunts also gave participants a chance to win Milo products and merchandise. For the not-so-energetic, a Milo Heritage Booth provided entertainment and information sharing the interesting history of the Milo brand.
Said Tan, “We are very happy with the response we received from Malaysians across the country this year.” On the whole, the turnout at the events throughout the campaign were encouraging and give rise to Milo’s drive in promoting healthier lifestyles and wholesome breakfasts, paired with Milo.
