KUALA LUMPUR: The repayment scheme for the trade receivables owed by Pengeluar Air Sungai Selangor Sdn Bhd (Splash) to Taliworks Corp Bhd has not been finalised yet.
Executive director Datuk Ronnie Lim Yew Boon said it is still being negotiated and no decision has been made yet.
Speaking to reporters after its AGM today, Lim said the total trade receivables owed by Splash stood at RM530 million as at March this year.
The Selangor state government is acquiring Splash under a water supply restructuring deal, which was to be completed last month but has been further delayed. The Energy, Green Technology and Water Ministry set Oct 5, 2017 as the new date for completion of the exercise.
