TIGER Beer recently hosted the last of its parties under its Urbanscapes 2017 campaign – the Tiger #UncageMusic Block Party. In line with this year’s theme “Rediscover KL”, the party along The Row in Kuala Lumpur saw a gathering of discerning drinkers, of whom included Tiger Beer fans, as well as music and art lovers.
Transformed was the back alley of The Row, which housed local musical acts and renowned international bands like Canadian electronic synth-punk duo Crystal Castles; Korean indie-rockers hyukoh at Slate; An Honest Mistake, Rozella and Ryot Jones, Kenji Chai and Cloakwork at Timbre; and deejays Reeve and Biggie along with Hanafuda Project at The Deck.
These, together with pop-up food and beverage carts, plus art pieces and a beer garden offering Tiger Beer, filled the whole back alley, entertaining guests and entry pass winners at the party.
Tiger Beer’s marketing manager Jessie Chuah was happy with the tie-up between her company and Urbanscapes. “We hope to continue our partnership and work together again to bring more exciting experiences for our discerning drinkers,” she said.
On the concept of bringing the worlds of music and art together, Chuah shared that it was #UncageMusic’s mission to create a whole new perspective on creativity. “It was fascinating to see fans enjoy this one-of-a-kind experience, exclusively brought to our fans by Tiger Beer,” she added.
