(Video) Underground factory producing fake Budweiser busted

31 May 2017 / 15:31 H.

THREE video clips of an undergound factory producing fake Budweiser have been making their rounds on the social media. The footages were shot at underground factory in Dongguan, China, before it was raided by the authorities on May 5.
Unlike the genuine brewery, this factory didn't produce the real McCoy. It merely canned its own imitation brew and shipped them out to bars and nightclubs.
The first clip shows workers handling the recycled cans. The beer was then canned on a conveyor belt in the next clip. Then, the third clip shows a Trade and Industry Bureau task force raiding the counterfeiters.
The undergound factory was said to have produced 600,000 crates of fake Budweiser a month.
