Embracing women

HIGHLY accomplished women reach the pinnacle of their success for the same reason that a man does; talented, driven as they are committed.

A question women often hear is "How do you do it all?" as stereotypical as it is, the question should be "Why do you do it all?".
Women should be embraced for their unique strength and attributes that make them an exemplary person rather than being celebrated for being set as an indistinguishable rank from men.
Thus, the question "Why do you do it all?", should be asked in a bid to understand her movements and make the place that we live in better for us all.
Celebrating its sixth anniversary, Xavier Mah Consultancy recently honoured six empowered women and their outstanding stories at the #beaXsuperwoman event.
The six celebrated women are Mary Shanthi Diariam, Datuk M. Rajamani, Datuk Faridah Merican, Ivy Josiah, Low Ngai Yuen, and Siti Noor Radiah Ismail.
