Pasukhas in MoU with Indonesian power firm

PETALING JAYA: Pasukhas Group Bhd is exploring the opportunity to undertake power generation projects in Indonesia.
The company told Bursa Malaysia yesterday that its wholly-owned subsidiary Pasukhas Energy Sdn Bhd has entered into a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with PT CHD Power Plant Operation Indonesia to explore the feasibility of entering into a joint venture in the Indonesian power industry. The MoU is effective up two years.
A definite agreement will be executed upon, among others, satisfactory due diligence and evaluation of the potential projects, it added.
