Looking good at Bukit Indah

S P Setia Berhad recently spoke about the success of its residential property launches in Bukit Indah in Johor. Among its latest was Elonia, a project for double-storey houses spanning 1,500 acres. At its launch in April, all units were taken up within a few hours. Prior to Elonia, S P Setia’s Visca and Villosa residential units also sold like hot cakes.

MID-RANGE DEMAND IN ISKANDAR

“The overwhelming response (for Elonia) proved that there is an underlying demand for mid-range priced properties and it is still strong during the current market environment,” said S P Setia divisional general manager Stanley Saw.

Elonia is a vibrant and verdant award-winning township located in Bukit Indah, which is at the heart of Iskandar Malaysia.

The township provides many conveniences with nearby amenities like Jusco Regional Shopping Centre, Tesco Hypermarket, fine-dining restaurants and even a convention centre. The township is also ideally located, just 13km from Johor Baru via the coastal highway, and 26km to neighbouring Singapore via the second link expressway. Distance between Elonia and Senai International Airport is merely 29km.

A significant feature about Elonia is its green paradise that includes a 20-acre town park.

The freehold development is also gated and guarded, and offers a mix of stylish and spacious home types with possibilities for family centred eco-friendly activities.

High ceilings and open areas, plus a “convertible area” are some highlights of the home design.

The commercial precinct also gives new meaning to “convenience at your doorstep”. Purchasers of Elonia need only wait until April 2019 before moving in.

Another launch under the S P Setia brand to keep an eye on is the upcoming Sky Trees serviced apartments, also located in Bukit Indah.
