Six family Members killed in Jempol crash in one grave in Bachok

BACHOK: The six family members who were killed in a road crash at Kilometer 25 Jalan Bahau-Keratong, Jempol, in Negeri Sembilan last Sunday, were buried together in one grave at the Seberang Jelawat muslim cemetery here today.
The victims – Wan Mohd Fauzi Wan Ibrahim, 51, his wife Mas Noraida M Yusoff, 45, and their four children Wan Muhamad Muhaimin, 22, Wan Nor Atirah,18, Wan Muhamad Amar Haziq, 13, and Wan Nor Alisha, 7 – were buried at about 3 am.
Eight people were killed in the four-vehicle collision which occurred at 2.20 pm, including the six family members who were burnt in their car
The bodies of the six family members arrived in four hearses at about 1 am at the Naim Mosque in Jelawat, where the funeral prayer was held, before they were taken to the cemetery, about a kilometre away, for the burial.
Meanwhile, the couple's only surviving son, Wan Muhamad Hazim,19, thanked all quarters for handling the funeral of his parents and siblings.
