Study at UTM

AS a leading innovation-driven entrepreneurial research university in engineering, science and technology, Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM) provides quality academic staff, facilities and a conducive environment that would develop the students' abilities in producing innovative ideas in developing new technology. The university is now offering the University Teknologi Malaysia International Degree Programme (UTM-IDP), a premium Degree Programme for both Malaysian and international students which gives them the opportunity to experience a world-class teaching and learning process and gain new experience by travelling abroad through its Global Outreach Programme.
Prospective students can choose programmes of their own choice that are sorted accordingly to their qualification. The applicants can also apply direct to the university without going through UPU. UTM-IDP's fees are competitive compared with other institutions.
The first intake for this programme will commence in September for Semester 1, Session 2017/2018 together with the rest of the programmes at Universiti Teknologi Malaysia. All classes will be conducted in English.
Programmes offered include Bachelor of Engineering (Civil), Bachelor of Engineering (Electrical), Bachelor of Engineering (Electrical-Electronics), Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical), Bachelor of Engineering (Chemical), Bachelor of Science (Property Management), Bachelor of Engineering (Geomatic), Bachelor of Computer Science (Software Engineering), Bachelor of Accounting and Bachelor of Science (Industrial Design).
