CORRECTION

WITH reference to the photo caption accompanying the article entitled “M’sia not a ‘failed state’” published on Wednesday, we would like to clarify that Iskandar Basha Abdul Kadir mentioned in the caption is not with Penang Development Corp.
He is now Special Officer to Minister in the Prime Minister’s Department Datuk Seri Abdul Rahman Dahlan.
The error is regretted.
