KUALA LUMPUR: Traffic flow at several stretches of major highways was reported to be moving slowly due to an increase in the volume of cars at noon today.
According to a PLUS Malaysia Berhad spokesman, vehicles were moving slowly from Permatang Pauh to Perai and Sungai Perak to the Menora Tunnel.
"Traffic flow is also reportedly slow along a four-kilometre stretch from Sedenak to Simpang Renggam after an accident involving a motorcycle and a car occurred at KM51.7 around noon today.

"No lanes were obstructed and the vehicles have been moved," he said when contacted by Bernama here today.
Meanwhile, Malaysian Highway Authority (LLM) in a twitter feed said traffic flow on all routes along the East Coast Expressway 1 and 2 was smooth moving.
The public can obtain the latest traffic information via Plusline toll-free line at 1800-88-0000 and www.twitter.com/plustrafik or LLM at 1800-88 7752 and www.twitter.com/llminfotrafik. — Bernama
