Majuperak shares continue to rise after trading halt ends

PETALING JAYA: Majuperak Holdings Bhd's share price rose 4.59% or 2.5 sen this morning following the end of its trading freeze.
At 10.22am today, Majuperak shares gained 2.5 sen to 57 sen, with a market capitalisation of RM108.144 million. A total of 2.38 million shares changed hands.
The group, which saw its share price spike to 60.5 sen yesterday, was suspended from trading when it told the stock exchange that it had no knowledge of the reason on the sudden price spike.
In the last two weeks, the shares have gained more than 83%.
