AT Systemization plans share consolidation

PETALING JAYA: AT Systemization Bhd is proposing to consolidate three shares into one, in a bid to boost its trading price.
In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, AT Systemization’s board of directors said the company’s share capital which currently stands at more than 952 million shares will be reduced to about 317 million shares.
The share price of the consolidated shares is expected to be raised by threefold to 12 sen from the current share price of 4 sen. Its share capital will remain at RM110.52 million following the consolidation.
The company’s shares closed at 4.5 sen, 12.5% up from the previous day’s closing price of 4 sen. It has a market capitalisation of RM42.84 million.
