Stand for tigers

10 Jul 2017 / 10:29 H.

TIGER Beer, via Heineken Malaysia, recently launched a campaign called 3890 Tigers aimed at raising awareness on the receding number of tigers and encouraging the people to take a stand on conservation of this beautiful animal.
BACK THE CAUSE
To show support, simply “uncage your creativity” by taking a selfie and personalise it via 3890Tigers.com before uploading it to social media. Through this effort, you are supporting the brand in its drive to help protect the tigers and “stand against illegal tiger trade and sharing the message that demand for products containing tiger parts is socially unacceptable,” said Tiger at Heineken Malaysia’s Jessie Chuah.
RAISE AWARENESS
Until July 29, pledge booths have been established at selected bars and supermarkets, while promotions will run at selected hypermarkets, coffee shops and food courts.
During this time, consumers can get their hands on exclusive Tiger Beer merchandise, limited-edition items, and win a trip to India to see tigers thriving in the wild.
LEND SUPPORT
Customers who purchase Tiger Beer at selected locations can also redeem exclusive personalised Tiger t-shirts. Six artists are collaborating with Tiger for this campaign. They are: Malaysia’s Kenji Chai (pix), China’s Hua Tunan, France’s Mademoiselle Maurice, Russia’s Nootk, UK’s Nick Gentry and the USA’s Tran Nguyen. Visit the Tiger Beer website or its Facebook page for more information on the campaign.
