FGV appoints 2 new non-independent non-executive directors

KUALA LUMPUR: Felda Global Ventures Holdings Bhd (FGV) has appointed Datuk Abu Bakar Harun and Ab Ghani Mohd Ali as non-independent non-executive directors, effective today.
In a filing to Bursa Malaysia today, FGV said, it has also appointed Datuk Muzzammil Mohd Nor as a non-independent non-executive alternate director.
It said Abu Bakar, 56, was previously Chairman of Pahang State Felda Affairs Committee, while Ab Ghani, 59, was Felda Acting Director General and Muzzammi, 45, served as the Felda Deputy Director-General (Management). — Bernama
