Daikin Malaysia moves its Kelantan branch

KOTA BARU: Daikin Malaysia Sales & Service has moved its Kelantan branches today to a more visible location with higher traffic. The new branch office is at No. 345 & 346, Jalan Pengkalan Chepa, 15400, Kota Baru, Kelantan.
It is the company's 10th branch in Malaysia, after having presence in Penang, Perak, Negeri Sembilan, Kedah, Melaka, Johor, Pahang, Sabah and Sarawak. This branch will offer various services that include sales enquiry, product warranty service and spare parts purchase to the customers and dealers in Kelantan.
Daikin's General Manager Lawrence Song said: "With this opening, we believe that this new branch would enable us to provide a better and faster quality service to our customers, especially those who are staying in the Kota Bharu area.

Daikin has been providing warranty services at your doorstep within eight working hours after the first report.
