United Airlines in doghouse after losing Rapper ScHoolboy Q’s dog

DOGGONE it, another airline is in the doghouse again. This time it is United Airlines after making a dog's breakfast of a pet transfer.

US rapper ScHoolboy Q tweeted on Saturday that the airlines had put his dog on a wrong flight.

He went to retrieve his dog from a flight and found it was the wrong one.

However, he has been reunited with his dog hours after he tweeted about the incident. He announced on Snapchat that the puppy is now with him and his other canines.

"You guys r idiots... HOW U PUT MY DOG ON THE WRONG FLIGHT???? I need answers", he tweeted earlier.

He was travelling with his French bulldog puppy, Yeerndamean, from Missouri to Burbank, California. But the dog was switched during a stopover in Denver and flown to Chicago instead.

"My little dog been moving around since the A.M., prolly has pee and number 2 all in his cage smh," ScHoolboy Q, whose real name is Quincy Matthew Hanley, said in a text message to CNN.

".... I plan on suing," added the rapper, proving he could be like a dog with a bone when it came to matters close to the heart.

United Airlines in an earlier reaction has said the dog is being well cared for.

"We're working as quickly as possible to reunite the pet with their owner later this evening. We have reached out to our customer and sincerely apologise for this mistake and are providing a refund. Pets are part of our customers' family, and their safety and well-being is of the utmost importance to us," the airline said in a statement.
