IJM Corp wins RM450.9 million UOB Tower 2 construction contract

PETALING JAYA: IJM Corp Bhd has bagged a RM450.9 million contract for the construction of the UOB Tower 2 project.
The group told Bursa Malaysia that it had accepted the letter of award from UOB Properties (KL) Bhd for the project comprising five levels of basement car park, one level of lower ground floor, two levels of podium for a banking hall and 27 levels of office space including a green lounge reception, a sky lounge and mechanical floors.
The completion period of the project is 40 months.
At 12.30pm, IJM's share price fell 4 sen to RM3.44 on some 375,700 shares done, bringing it a market capitalisation of RM12.48 billion.
