FGV share price gains two sen

PETALING JAYA: Felda Global Ventures Holdings Bhd's (FGV) share price traded two sen higher in the morning session of trading after news that a domestic inquiry by the group into its president and CEO Datuk Zakaria Arshad and CFO Ahmad Tifli Mohd Talha would take another month to conclude.

The stock hit a high of RM1.60 and a low of RM1.56, with some 4.32 million shares traded as at 12.02pm.

In a media briefing yesterday, FGV acting chairman Tan Sri Sulaiman Mahbob said an independent panel will begin review of the answers submitted by Zakaria and Ahmad Tifli next Monday. FGV aims to complete the process by Aug 14.
