Chinese firm punishes workers by making them drink water right out of toilet

A SICHUAN company has taken respect for human dignity to a new low.
The employees of a photography studio in the city of Guang'an have been forced to drink water from the toilet bowl as punishment.
A video of workers forced to drink toilet water for not reaching training targets has gone viral.
One male employee is seen scooping water out of a squat toilet, inspecting it and later drinking it. A woman is drinking the water with extreme hesitation.
According to a report from The Beijing News, one of the female workers suffered from diarrhoea from the punishment.
She could not stomach any food without throwing up. The person who filmed the video has been arrested by local police.
The video was uploaded to the employees' WeChat group before it was leaked.
