Global Oriental sells six F&B subsidiaries for RM11 million

PETALING JAYA: Global Oriental Bhd is disposing the entire stake in its six food and beverage subsidiaries for a total of RM11 million.
The group told Bursa Malaysia that its wholly owned subsidiary Versatile Flagship Sdn Bhd had entered into two separate share sale agreements with Trillion Benchmark Sdn Bhd as well as Rosmanira Junoh and Gan Wei Pin for the disposal.
The six subsidiaries are Prima Pengkalan Sdn Bhd, Champion Vista Sdn Bhd, Vista Versatile Sdn Bhd, First Integrated Sdn Bhd, Ultimate Destiny Sdn Bhd and Dekad Sinaran Sdn Bhd.
Global Oriental shares were unchanged at 37 sen on Friday, with some 280,100 shares changing hands. It has a market capitalisation of RM168.23 million.
