Teen pleads not guilty to committing incest with three sisters

SUNGAI PETANI: An 18-year-old has pleaded not guilty at the Sessions Court here today to four charges of committing incest and inserting his finger into the genitals of three of his sisters.
He is accused of having intercourse with two sisters aged eight and 14 on two different occasions. The crime were said to have been committed on July 19 at about 8pm at a house in Sungai Layar, and on April 21 at about 9pm at a house in Taman Ria.
The teenager also faces two charges of inserting his finger into the genitals of two sisters aged 10 and 14 separately on July 14 and 18 at about 11am and 9pm at a house in Sungai Layar.
There are 12 siblings in the family.
Deputy Public Prosecutor J. Geetha asked the court not to grant bail as the alleged victims were his sisters. Judge Saiful Bahari Adzmi ordered the accused to be remanded until the case is mentioned on Sept 5.
The teenager is facing a minimum of 10 years in jail and a maximum 30 years with whipping for the incest charges. The offence of inserting his fingers in the victims' genitals carry a jail term of five to 30 years and whipping if found guilty.
