International reserves at RM427b

PETALING JAYA: The international reserves of Bank Negara Malaysia rose 0.3% to
US$99.4 billion (RM427.0 billion) as at July 31, 2017, from US$99.1 billion (RM425.4 billion) as at July 14, 2017.
"The reserves position is sufficient to finance 7.9 months of retained imports and is 1.1 times the short-term external debt," the central bank said.
