Nissan safety and bonus campaigns, test drive carnival

THE second series of the 2017 Nissan Safety Campaign will be conducted simultaneously with Edaran Tan Chong Motor Sdn Bhd’s (ETCM) Nationwide Test Drive Carnival soon, “to educate Malaysians with road safety knowledge through fun and creative activities” this coming weekend and the next. The event will be held at:
Aug 12-13, 10am-8pm: ETCM Petaling Jaya, ETCM Ipoh, ETCM Seremban and ETCM Miri.
Aug 12-13, 10am-10pm: Giant Superstore, Sandakan.
Aug 18-19, 10am-10pm: AEON Kota Bharu, Kelantan.
“An exclusive Safety Talk will be conducted at ETCM Petaling Jaya 3S Centre on Aug 12 from 11am to 1pm. This session is free and entries are subject to a “first-come, first-served” basis.
“Additionally, a host of safety activities await visitors in all carnival events which includes:
- Free Takata airbag inflator replacement for affected Nissan vehicles.
- “Blind Parking Experience” through Nissan first 360-degree Intelligent Around View Monitor with Nissan X-Trail.
- “Impaired Vision Experience”: Experiencing and understanding the potential dangers of vision impairment especially when due to lack of sleep or driving under the influence of alcohol.
- Child Seat Presentation: A session that demonstrates the importance of a child seat, and its proper installation method in Nissan vehicles. This workshop will only be held at ETCM Ipoh.
- Kids’ Safety Games: Aa session for children to learn road signage for better safety.
