KUALA LUMPUR: Tenaga Nasional Bhd (TNB) has expanded its payment channels to include more than 17,000 premises that accept payments via e-Pay and over 2,000 7-Eleven 24-hour stores nationwide, making the chore easier.
TNB customers can now settle their electricity bills not only at Petronas stations using the e-Pay system, but also at selected retail stores and hypermarkets through the system.
"The addition of TNB payment channels is part of our ongoing effort to win the hearts of customers by offering various products and services that add value," TNB Distribution Division Senior General Manager (Consumer Service) Kamaliah Abdul Kadir said in a statement.
She said TNB customers have a chance to win a cash rebate of RM50 if they were to use e-Pay to pay their electricity bills until Sept 9, 2017.
TNB bills can also be paid at 7-Eleven convenience stores (round the clock), Pos Malaysia counters and selected banks, as well as through internet banking. — Bernama
