Mom tries to courier newborn to orphanage in black plastic bags

A WOMAN in Fuzhou, Sichuan, has been arrested by the police after she attempted to mail her newborn to the local orphanage.
Luo, 24, wrapped the infant in layers of black plastic bags and have the newborn couriered to an orphanage on Wednesday.
The delivery man noticed that the mysterious bundle starting to move and cry.
He peeled off layers of the plastic bag to find the baby.
The infant could have died from dehydration in the 37°C heat.
