Malaysia gets 3 new Asus Zenfone 4 devices

ASUS held a massive media event in Taipei, Taiwan today to introduce its latest range of smartphones. As a part of the "We Love Photo" themed launch, Asus announced three new smartphones from the Zenfone 4 lineup for the Malaysian market.
From Aug 17 to 12 Malaysian consumers will be able to place a preorder for the Zenfone 4 Selfie Pro, Zenfone 4 Selfie, and Zenfone 4 Max Pro.
The preorders can be made online exclusively at Lazada and Shopee.
Pre-ordering these phones now will get you an Asus ZenPower 10,050mAh powerbank, a selfie stick, an OTG cable, a micro USB cable, and a screen protector.
All three models in the pre-order feature dual cameras, runs Android 7.0 with Asus ZenUI 4.0, and has a 5.5in screen.
Zenfone 4 Max Pro
The Zenfone 4 Max Pro, is the most mainstream of the three. Its brains is a Qualcomm Snapdragon 425 Quad-core processor with 3GB of memory and 32GB of storage. Powering it all is a monstrous 5000mAh cell, typical of an Asus phone with the moniker "Max".
Its dual 16MP f2.0 camera is located at the back of the phone and is paired with a 16MP f2.0 front facing camera. On the other hand, its screen is a 1280 by 720 resolution IPS display.
The Zenfone 4 Max Pro model ZC554KL comes in deepsea black, sunlight gold, and rose pink. It retails for RM1,099.
Zenfone 4 Selfie
The Zenfone 4 Selfie model ZD553KL takes the dual camera setup to a new direction with a dual front facing 20MP camera and a single 16MP rear facing camera. The main front facing camera is fitted with an f2.0 wide angle lens while the secondary lens sports an f2.4 lens.
Inside is a Qualcomm Snapdragon 430 Octa-core processor, 4GB of memory, and 64GB of expandable storage powered by a 3,000mAh battery. Its screen is a 1280 by 720 resolution IPS display.
It comes in rose pink, sunlight gold, deepsea black, and mint green with a price tag of RM1,299.
Zenfone 4 Selfie Pro
Taking selfies to all new heights is the Zenfone 4 Selfie Pro model ZD552KL. It sports dual front facing cameras fitted with f1.8 wide angle lenses to create a single 24MP DuoPixel image. Its rear camera is a 16MP sensor.
The Zenfone 4 Selfie Pro has the more powerful Qualcomm Snapdragon 625 Octa-core processor, but with the same 64GB expandable storage, 4GB of memory, and 3,000mAh battery as the regular Zenfone 4 Selfie.
However, this smartphone has a full HD 1920 by 1080 resolution Amoled Display.
The Zenfone 4 Selfie Pro is available in rogue red, sunlight gold, and deepsea black for RM1,799.
