Cops initiate investigations after Bangladeshi man dies following a fight

KUALA LUMPUR: Police have initiated a murder investigation over the death of a Bangladeshi man following a fight along Jalan Imbi here yesterday.
Dang Wangi district police chief ACP Mohd Sukri Kaman said police were informed about the incident at Jalan Walter Genier Off Jalan Imbi here at about 9.30am.
"We received information about a fight. When our men arrived at the scene, the victim had already been taken to Kuala Lumpur Hospital (HKL) in an ambulance.
"Preliminary investigations revealed that the victim died in HKL," he said in a statement yesterday.
Mohd Sukri said the deceased was a 28-year-old Bangladeshi national and the cause of death and the motive behind the incident are being investigated.
