BMW Oil Inclusive programme

BMW Group Malaysia has introduced the BMW Oil Inclusive Program for all BMW vehicles which have lapsed in their original service programmes. “Another first for the Malaysian automotive industry”, the new programme is also applicable for BMW vehicles without an active service programme running currently.
BMW Group Malaysia managing director and CEO, Han Sang Yun, said: “We at BMW Group Malaysia have always been committed to providing our customers with the very best, first-class service that can only be expected when owning a premium vehicle from us. The addition of our new oil inclusive program ensures that our valued customers are able to have the freedom to further enjoy their premium ownership experience of their BMW vehicle even after the original service period.”
Sharing Han’s sentiments, Stefan Sloboda, BMW Malaysia head of aftersales, said: “Customer orientation is at the heart of what we do at BMW Group Malaysia so when we received feedback from our customers who loved their vehicles and wanted to continue their ownership experience with their current car, we saw a need to help them with their experience which is what the BMW Oil Inclusive program aims to achieve.”
The BMW Oil Inclusive Program allows customers to extend the service their vehicles within a set number of years or mileage period, with a choice of five years/60,000km or five years/100,000km, whichever comes first.
For example, a BMW 3 Series registered in 2012 would be currently out of its service and warranty program with its current mileage of 70,000km. Purchasing the five years/100,000km Oil Inclusive Program this year (2017) would allow the owner to continue the Free Scheduled Service programme for their BMW vehicle up to year 2022/170,000km, whichever comes first.
The programme is also flexible as it offers packages that cater to the different driving usage of customers. Below are the package prices according to the vehicle models and for five years/60,000km and five years/100,000km, respectively*.
- 1 and 2 Series: RM2,964, RM3,417.
- M2: RM4,874, RM5,477.
- 3 and 4 Series: RM3,115, RM3,618.
- M3 and M4: RM4,874, RM5,477.
- 5 Series: RM3,266, RM3,768.
- M5: RM6,582, RM7,436.
- 6 and 7 Series: RM3,869, RM4,472.
- M6: RM6,582, RM7,436.
- X1: RM3,015, RM3,467.
- X3 and X4: RM3,115, RM3,618.
- X5 and X6: RM3,567, RM4,120.
- X5M and X6M: RM6,481, RM7,336.
- Z4: RM3,065, RM3,517.
- i8: RM3,015, RM3,467.
“The BMW Oil Inclusive Program secures engine oil services where customers can be assured that only BMW Genuine Oil and Original BMW Parts would be used during the service intervals at all BMW authorised dealers. The programme also adds value to their BMW vehicle should the customer decide to sell or trade in the car at any authorised BMW Premium Selection dealerships across the country within the validity of the program.
