KUALA LUMPUR: The traffic flow along several major highways is reported to be busy but still moving as of 4pm as more people are taking the opportunity to travel in conjunction with the Aidiladha celebration and school holidays.
A PLUS Malaysia Berhad spokesman said traffic was busy but under control at Slim River heading to Sungkai as well as Kuala Kangsar to Changkat Jering due to the rise in traffic volume.
In the south, it was smooth moving from Pedas Linggi to Simpang Ampat while the traffic situation at the Causeway in Johor was congested into Malaysia at the Sultan Iskandar Building, he said when contacted here today.
Meanwhile, a Malaysian High Authority (MHA) spokesman said traffic flow heading to the east coast was slow from Gombak to Genting Sempah.
