Rain, thunderstorm in most states

KUALA LUMPUR: Rain and thunderstorm are expected to occur in most states in the afternoon today, according to the Malaysian Meteorological Department.
A spokesman said isolated rain had been forecasted for the coastal areas of Kedah and Penang, and cloudy in other states, this morning.
"However, in the afternoon, rain is expected to fall over most states - Kedah, Malacca, Negri Sembilan, Perak, Perlis, Penang, Putrajaya, Selangor, and Federal Territory and Sarawak," he told Bernama when contacted.
He said isolated rain was expected to occur in Pahang and Perak tonight. — Bernama
