TRC Synergy share price falls despite job win

PETALING JAYA: TRC Synergy Bhd's share price fell 1.21% this morning despite a RM760.55 million job win by its subsidiary Trans Resources Corp Sdn Bhd for the construction of a depot and associated works for Light Rail Transit Line 3 (LRT3).
As at 10.56am, TRC's share price stood at 82 sen with 1.26 million shares changing hands. It has a market capitalisation of RM396.41 million.
TRC told Bursa Malaysia yesterday that Trans Resources Corp, had on Aug 29, 2017, accepted the award from Prasarana Malaysia Bhd.
The contract, known as Package TD2, is for the construction and completion of Johan Setia Depot (Phase 2) and associated works for construction and completion of LRT3 from Bandar Utama to Johan Setia.
