HMD GLOBAL today announced the arrival of the Nokia 8 to the Malaysian market. The latest flagship phone from the Finnish phone maker features ZEISS optics, pure Android OS, and an advanced aluminium unibody design.

Within its 7.3mm thin frame lies a Snapdragon 835 processor, the chipset of choice for flagship phones this year.

The processing power is coupled with 64GB of expandable storage and 4GB of memory.

The display is a 5.3in IPS QHD panel, while the main shooter has a pair of 13MP sensors (one for colour and one for black and white). The selfie camera is also a 13MP sensor.

The Nokia 8 also introduces the world to Dual-Sight, the ability to stream from both the front and rear cameras simultaneously to Facebook and YouTube. The feature could also be used for photos and videos.

Another world’s first for the Nokia 8 is the Nokia OZO Audio feature, which brings a fully immersive audio experience to 4K videos.

Powering it all is an efficient 3,090mAh battery.

The Nokia 8 is currently available in Polished Blue, Polished Copper, Tempered Blue, and Steel, and retails for RM2,299.
