Principal stops student from jumping off 17-storey building

The student appeared to be on the brink of jumping off, earlier.
A QUICK-thinking principal saved the life of a depressed middle school student who was contemplating jumping off the roof of a 17-storey building in Guizhou's Duyun city on Sunday.
The middle-school student was standing on the ledge and thinking about leaping to her death. She demanded that firefighters who arrived at the scene back off. She also wanted her family and friends to keep their distance.
However, the principal could approach her and tried to reason with her. He leaned over, grabbed her shirt and saved the day.
