Terengganu MB, IGP visit families of victims at HKL

KUALA LUMPUR: Terengganu Mentri Besar Datuk Seri Ahmad Razif Abdul Rahman and Inspector-General of Police (IGP) Tan Sri Mohamad Fuzi Harun paid a visit to the families of the tahfiz school victims earlier today.
They arrived at the Forensics Department of Hospital Kuala Lumpur (HKL) and met with the families who were waiting to receive the remains of their loved ones who perished in the blaze at the Tahfiz Darul Ittifaqyah religious residential school yesterday.
Twenty one students aged between 6 and 17 years old and two wardens died in the fire at the religious school which had not been certified for occupancy.
Ahmad Razif and Mohamad Fuzi also visited the seven survivors who are warded at HKL in critical condition.
Mohamad Fuzi is expected to hold a press conference at Bukit Aman at 3.30pm today on the latest developments in the case.
