Investigations papers on Datuk who groped nurse sent to DPP

SHAH ALAM: Police have handed over the investigation papers related to the case where a Datuk who was arrested by the police for allegedly groping a 19-year-old nurse at a hospital in Subang Jaya to the deputy public prosecutor.
Selangor police chief Commissioner Datuk Mazlan Mansor said police will wait for further instructions from the DPP on the next course of action.
The incident supposedly took place at around 7.30pm on Sept 8 in a ward at a private hospital where the Datuk who is also a CEO of a major real estate and investment company was receiving treatment.
The Datuk allegedly molested the nurse by grabbing her buttocks and breasts while kissing her on the cheek.
The nurse later lodged a police report, leading to the arrest.
