Special coin commemorating Asean Para Games is now on sale

PETALING JAYA: Special Asean Para Games 2017 commemorative coins are now on sale and avid coin collectors can get them via Nubex Sdn Bhd online trading platform.
The commemorative coin which weighs some 5.950g of 99.9% pure silver, comes in a bi-metal form featuring a sketch of the official logo of the prestigious sporting ceremony with its two detachable silver pieces.
"The coin, each with its unique serial number, is produced in a limited quantity of 2,000 pieces and will be sold at a price of RM35.
"Based on the amazing response of limited edition coins previously, such as the recent limited edition Merdeka coin which was sold out in a matter of less than an hour, we are positive that this limited edition coin in commemoration of the Asean Para Games will also receive an equally positive response from the public," Nubex chief executive officer Bakhtiar Abd Majid said in a statement.
Echoing Bakhtiar's call, Nubex chief creative officer Fayzi Omar said the production of this special edition coin was meant to further stimulate the spirit for the game.
Nubex Sdn Bhd is the rightful owner of the distribution licence of premium souvenirs for the recent Kuala Lumpur 2017 SEA Games.
