Eight injured in warehouse gas explosion

PETALING JAYA: A gas explosion at a warehouse in Jalan Subang belonging to a popular food chain has left eight people injured this morning.
Six of the eight injured suffered major burns and the remaining two suffered injuries from the debris of the explosion.
The explosion was from a warehouse that belongs to a major food outlet in the country.
The victims aged 21-28 were sent to the Serdang hospital for further treatment.
The fire and rescue department had managed to cull the fire and had turned off all the gas lines in the factory.
The victims were from Nepal and Myanmar.
When contacted a spokesperson from the Fire and Rescue Department said the department alerted with the incident at 8.05am.
