Mazda Malaysia rolls out the all-new CX-5

KULIM: Mazda Malaysia Sdn Bhd (MMSB) marked a major highlight in the nation's automotive industry today after officially rolling out its new CX-5 model.
MMSB president Shinji Sakatani said with the announcement, MMSB is now preparing to export its new CX-5 model starting next month.
He said MMSB is strengthening its production capacity in its effort to deliver their newest model in premium quality to the Asean market such as Indonesia, Philippines, Cambodia and Myanmar. 
MMSB started its production in Malaysia in 2012 as a key production base in the region and in such short span of time, has managed to produce more than 40,000 units for Malaysia and Thailand.
The all-new model still features its SKYACTIV technology and KODO design, and fully loaded with its latest features including high-quality steering, handling as well as the NVH performance feature that enables the passenger to enjoy the drive as much as the driver.
The first generation of CX-5 model was produced in 2013.
At the event, MMSB also launched its new paint shop operation at Mazda Kulim Plant.
