SHAH ALAM: The Selangor State Development Corp (PKNS) will launch its exclusive housing project, "10 Residensi", next month.
PKNS chief operating officer, Norita Mohd Sidek, said the project, located in Section 17, Shah Alam, comprised 10 double-storey semi-detached units.
The houses were scheduled to be completed by early next year, she said.
"The project is constructed on 0.5ha in the middle of the Shah Alam township, with a gross development value of RM12.3 million.
"Each unit measures between 3,509sq ft and 4,854sq ft, and priced between RM1.2 million and RM1.28 million," she told a press conference after the project's pre-launch ceremony here today.
Norita said the residential project was easily accessible via a network of highways and was close to public transportation facilities, such as the Shah Alam commuter station.
"The residents would have access to a network of highways such as the Kemuning-Shah Alam Expressway, Federal Highway, the Shah Alam Expressway and the North-South Expressway Central Link.
"The '10 Residensi' is also close to shopping malls such as the Aeon supermarket, several hospitals and recreational centres," she said.
Interested buyers are invited to attend the project's launching ceremony on Oct 7-8, held at the project's site, from 10am-4pm.
