Serba Dinamik bags contracts worth RM206m

    PETALING JAYA: Serba Dinamik Holdings Bhd’s unit Serba Dinamik Sdn Bhd (SDSB) has secured three new operations and maintenance (O&M) contracts and four new engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning (EPCC) contracts worth RM206 million.
    The group told the stock exchange that the O&M contracts were awarded by Vestigo Petroleum Sdn Bhd and JX Nippon Oil & Gas Exploration (Malaysia) Ltd for the provision of transportation and offshore installation campaign for Bentara Field, and maintenance services for mechanical and rotating equipment.
    The EPCC contracts were awarded by Eversendai Oil & Gas Sdn Bhd, Indoor Air System Sdn Bhd and Lotus West Sdn Bhd, which covered the erection, fitting, welding, testing and reinstatement piping works; installation of chiller, solar aircond and LED lighting systems for roads and buildings under the purview of Terengganu State Government; and installation of energy saving equipment for 33 units of Ibusawat Telekom.
    Furthermore, the group said its wholly owned subsidiary Top Luxury Sdn Bhd was awarded a RM400 million contract to undertake the construction work for the Pengerang eco-Industrial Park (PeIP).
    The group said the two-year project would include the establishment of Malaysia’s first maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) and inspection, repair and maintenance (IRM) Global Centre of Excellence that will be operated by SDSB.
    SDSB will also embark on the construction work of its new maintenance repair and overhaul (MRO) and inspection repair and maintenance (IRM) centre in Bintulu, Sarawak, to expand the group’s business operations in Sabah, Sarawak and Labuan. It is expected to take two years to complete, at a cost of RM200 million.
