High Court strikes out three writs against PDZ

    PETALING JAYA: The Kuala Lumpur High Court has struck out three writs filed against PDZ Holdings Bhd for alleged non-payment of supply of marine fuel oil and/or marine gas oil supplied to PDZ Mewah.
    The company told Bursa Malaysia that cost of RM5,000 was also awarded following the trial today.
    The three writs were filed by CCK Petroleum Sdn Bhd, CCK Capital Ltd and CCK Petroleum (Labuan) Ltd.
    PDZ Mewah, which was previously owned by Perkapalan Dai Zhun Sdn Bhd, was a former wholly owned subsidiary of the company.
     "Further announcements will be made as and when there are material developments on the above matter," said PDZ.
    At 4.26pm, PDZ shares were unchanged at 5 sen, with some 460,000 shares changing hands.
