Gabungan AQRS share price rises 3.51% after job win

PETALING JAYA: Gabungan AQRS Bhd's shares rose 3.51% this morning, after securing a contract worth RM1.2 billion from Prasarana Malaysia Bhd to undertake works related to the LRT3 (Bandar Utama-Johan Setia) line.
At 10.56am, the stock stood at RM1.77 with 4.04 million shares changing hands. It has a market capitalisation of RM734.4 million.
The group said its unit Gabungan Strategik Sdn Bhd will undertake the jobs under Package GS04 comprising the construction and completion of guideway, stations, park-and-ride, ancillary buildings and other associated works for the project.
Gabungan AQRS said the 38 months contract brings the group's outstanding orderbook to RM2.6 billion.
