    OFFERING market-driven programmes that equip employees with the relevant knowledge and technical expertise, and designed specifically for working professionals, Wawasan Open University's (WOU) School of Science and Technology's provides Bachelor's degree programmes in various specialisations.

    Ten Ming Chian, 25, decided on WOU to pursue his Bachelor of Technology (Hons) in Electronics (BTEL) degree due to his busy workload on weekdays, leaving him free only during weekends.
    "With WOU's ODL, I'm able to access the information via the learning management system whenever I want even if my work schedule is packed," said Ming Chian, an assistant engineer from Johor Baru.
    He holds a Diploma in Electronic Engineering (Computer) and believes that the WOU's degree will provide valuable knowledge and qualifications to move up his career ladder.
    The university also offers two Graduate Diplomas, namely Electronics and Telecommunications, and two specialised MBAs in Construction Management (MBA-CM) and Manufacturing and Production Management (MBA-MPM).
