Bintai Kinden accepts RM11m KLIA job

    PETALING JAYA: Bintai Kinden Corp Bhd's wholly-owned subsidiary Kejuruteraan Bintai Kindenko Sdn Bhd has accepted a letter of award for an RM11 million sub-contract at KLIA.
    It accepted the letter of award from WZR Property Sdn Bhd to undertake sub-contract works for the design, supply, install, test and commission of communication, navigation, surveillance/air traffic management (CNS/ATM) system for the Kuala Lumpur Flight Information Region's (KL FIR) new traffic control centre (KL ATCC) at KLIA.
    "No major risk is foreseeable on the contract and it is a non-renewable contract with fixed contract period. The sub-contract works is estimated to be completed by November 2018," Bintai Kinden said in a stock exchange filing.
    The contract is expected to contribute positively towards the future earnings of Bintai group.
    Bintai shares closed unchanged at 17.5 sen on Monday with 1.02 million shares traded.
