KOTA KINABALU: One flood relief centre was reopened in Tuaran after it was closed at noon today because it was found that it was still not safe for the evacuees who had been sheltered there to return to their homes.
The Sabah Civil Defence Force in a statement said the relief centre at SMK Sri Nangka was reopened at 2.30pm because floodwaters at their village had yet to fully subside.
The victims comprise 27 people from seven families. — Bernama
